SNS merged with Eastridge Technologies to form two specialized teams: one focused on app development and the other on managed IT services. This move allowed the company to scale its offerings and better serve a growing client base with tailored solutions.

After years of collaboration, Brian, Chris, and Josh branched off to form Solace IT Solutions. Their goal: to build a modern IT company focused on proactive support and cloud-first strategies.

Solace worked closely with Microsoft to help shape and launch Microsoft 365 Business, bringing enterprise-grade tools to small and mid-sized businesses. Solace was featured by Microsoft for its work with Garner Foods, showcasing how the team helped transform operations through smart cloud adoption. 

Solace’s expertise was recognized internationally when the team was invited to speak in Israel. They shared insights on helping SMBs implement Microsoft 365 Business effectively.
