Victory Junction is a year-round camping facility that serves children, ages 6 to 16, with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses.

Victory Junction needed to update their legacy systems with a cloud solution to gain access from anywhere and standardize software. They were running on a single instance of Exchange 2007, with multiple versions of Office running throughout the organization and paying a hefty amount for anti-spam/malware protection software.


Victory Junction was migrated to Office 365 using Eastridge’s Cloud Launcher tool. The tool migrated the Victory Junction domain, its users, and even setup new Outlook profiles on the users local machines.

Office 365 removed the single point of failure for Victory Junction. It also simplified their setup for remote users since they no longer had to VPN in to use their SharePoint site. From an Administrator standpoint, they really liked the mailbox management features provided in Exchange 2013 specifically, how shared mailboxes are pushed to the Outlook clients without having to manually add them. One other benefit they saw immediately was being able to cancel their spam/malware email filtering service since that’s included in hosted Exchange.
